Your role in our logistics team

As logistics coordinator you are a key link in the day-to-day running of our supply chain. You ensure goods flows are correct, on time and efficient — working closely with warehouses, carriers, drivers and colleagues.

This role focuses on organisation, communication and administration; from a central position you keep overview and adjust where needed.

Your responsibilities include

• Creating and following up planning for Belgium
• Gate desk: welcoming drivers, managing documents and ensuring smooth throughput
• Maintaining contact with carriers, quays, drivers and warehouse leads
• Visits to warehouses and quays to learn operations in depth and improve them
• Administrative follow-up of inbound and outbound flows
• Weekly team meetings

• Dutch and French required; English and German are a plus
